01 — What we do
Manufacturing capabilities
We carry out individual operations separately or in sequence, to customer documentation.
CNC machining
Milling, turning and boring of individual parts and weldments. One-off and small-batch production on CNC and conventional machines.
Machining detailsWelding
We weld using MAG, TIG and MMA methods. We also provide stud welding and manufacture welded assemblies according to customer drawings.
Welding detailsStructures and weldments
Custom manufacture of steel, stainless steel and aluminium structures, weldments and assemblies, including subsequent machining, assembly and inspection.
Structure detailsMetal forming
Bending and rolling of sheets, profiles and tubes according to customer drawings.
Forming detailsMetal cutting
Shearing of sheet metal, cutting of profiles and preparation of metal stock for subsequent production.

Large-scale 3D measurement of parts, weldments, structures and assemblies using the KEYENCE WM-6000 system. Used for in-process and final inspection.

Integrated production facilities
Across 10,000 m² of production space, we combine material preparation, forming, welding, machining, assembly and dimensional inspection. Our in-house capabilities allow us to keep more operations—and responsibility for the order—in one place.

In-house production capacity
Four production halls with a total area of 10,000 m² provide facilities for one-off and small-batch engineering production.
Integrated production operations
Cutting, forming, welding, machining, assembly and inspection can be combined within a single production process.
Handling of large assemblies
Overhead cranes with a capacity of up to 6.3 t support the production and handling of large weldments, structures and assemblies.
Inspection directly in production
The KEYENCE WM-6000 large-scale measurement system supports dimensional inspection of parts, weldments, structures and assemblies.

Sheet metal laser and tube/profile cutting laser
In autumn 2026, we plan to expand our production with a sheet metal laser for plate cutting and a tube/profile cutting laser. The equipment is not yet in operation.

When one manufacturing operation is not enough
For more than 35 years, we have combined experience in custom engineering production with our own manufacturing facilities. We deliver the greatest value on orders where material preparation, welding, machining, assembly and final inspection need to follow one another.

We have worked in custom engineering production for more than 35 years. We apply this experience when assessing manufacturability, selecting the production process and handling atypical orders.

Weldment and precision machining
We manufacture the weldment and then machine its functional, mounting and seating surfaces without passing the order between several suppliers.

Large and atypical assemblies
Our own production halls and overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 6.3 tonnes allow us to manufacture and handle large weldments, structures and assemblies.

From a single part to a complete assembly
Depending on the scope of the order, we deliver individual parts, machined weldments, assemblies and complete technological units.

Inspection within our production facilities
We carry out dimensional and final inspection in our own facilities, including large-scale 3D measurement of large parts, weldments and assemblies.
06 — How we work
From enquiry to completed order in four steps

Enquiry and consultation
Send us a drawing, STEP model or description. We assess manufacturability, scope of supply and delivery date.
02
Production preparation
We prepare the production process, material and the required manufacturing documentation.
03
Production
We carry out the required manufacturing operations according to the agreed process and inspect the result throughout production.
04
Inspection and dispatch
We inspect the completed order, prepare it for handover and arrange packaging and dispatch as agreed.

Work with a visible result
We are looking for experienced people for production and manufacturing planning. We are currently hiring a production supervisor and a manufacturing technologist.
