3D measurement and inspection

Large-scale 3D measurement of large parts, weldments, structures and assemblies using the KEYENCE WM-6000 system. Large-format 3D measurement is provided at our own production facility in Pardubice–Rosice, Czech Republic, for domestic and international customers.

We use the measuring system for in-process and final inspection within our custom production. The scope of measurement and required outputs are defined according to the documentation and the requirements of each order.

Measurement and inspection

Inspection of large parts and assemblies

Inspection scope and method are selected according to drawing documentation and the requirements of each specific order — from individual parts to large welded assemblies and complete structures. A detailed measurement report can also be provided according to the required dimensions and tolerances.

Large-scale 3D measurement

Measurement of parts, weldments, structures and assemblies using the mobile KEYENCE WM-6000 system.

02

In-process inspection

Dimensions can be checked during production, before subsequent operations or assembly.

03

Final inspection

Finished parts and assemblies are inspected before handover according to drawing documentation requirements. A detailed measurement report can be prepared on request.

04

Inspection of large assemblies

We also use the system for products that are difficult to measure with conventional hand tools.
