We mill, turn and bore parts and weldments to the customer's drawing documentation. We focus on one-off and small-batch production on our own machine park — CNC and conventional. CNC machining is carried out at our own production facility in Pardubice–Rosice, Czech Republic, for customers at home and abroad.
Machining is combined with subsequent dimensional inspection.
We machine individual parts and weldments — typically housings, plates, bushings, rotational parts and clamping elements. We produce anything from a single piece to a small batch, always according to the supplied drawing documentation or STEP model. For each part we assess manufacturability and propose a suitable machine and process.

We routinely machine structural, tool and alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze and plastics. The choice of machine and technology depends on the specific grade, dimensions and geometry of the part.

Dimensional capacity depends on the specific machine. The largest rotational parts are turned up to Ø 840 mm and 3 500 mm in length, and large, heavy parts are machined on a horizontal boring machine within 3 500 × 2 000 × 1 250 mm. We use our machine park for custom and small-batch production based on customer documentation.

Machining here often follows on from our own production of weldments and steel structures. On weldments we machine mounting, seating and functional surfaces, so we can deliver an assembly ready for further assembly or completion. We integrate cutting, forming, welding, machining and assembly within our own production facility.
Structures and weldmentsWe measure machined parts and assemblies in our own facility. Depending on the order we carry out in-process and final dimensional inspection, and for large parts also large-scale 3D measurement with the KEYENCE WM-6000 system. Specific tolerances and the inspection method are set according to the drawing documentation and technological capabilities; a measurement report is prepared on request.
