Structures and weldments are manufactured at our own production facility in Pardubice–Rosice, Czech Republic, for customers in the Czech Republic and abroad.
We supply steel, stainless steel and aluminium welded assemblies and structures — from material cutting and forming through welding and machining to assembly and inspection. Welding within the scope of valid certificates (EN 1090-2 EXC3, ISO 3834-2). We focus on one-off and small-batch production.
We manufacture steel, stainless steel and aluminium structures, weldments and assemblies based on the customer's drawings or 3D model. Depending on the scope of the order, we can provide material preparation, welding, subsequent machining, assembly and final inspection.
We manufacture supporting structures, pipe bridges, machine frames, handling structures and other steel weldments based on supplied documentation. If required, we also provide subsequent machining of mounting, seating and functional surfaces.
We manufacture technological assemblies, conveyors, handling equipment and other custom units based on customer documentation. The scope of supply may include weldments, machined parts, assembly and final completion.
We manufacture stainless steel tanks, conveyors, structures and technological assemblies based on supplied documentation. We provide welding, assembly and dimensional inspection of finished weldments and assemblies.
We manufacture aluminium weldments, frames, structures and assemblies according to the customer's drawings. Depending on the requirements of the order, we provide welding, subsequent machining, assembly and dimensional inspection.
In our own facility we provide material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, subsequent machining, assembly and final inspection. We can arrange the required surface finishing according to the project requirements.

Machining follows directly on from the production of weldments — we machine mounting, seating and functional surfaces of finished weldments on our own machine park.
CNC machiningFinished weldments and assemblies undergo dimensional and final inspection in our own facility, including large-scale 3D measurement with the KEYENCE WM-6000 system. Welding and measurement documentation is prepared on request according to the scope and requirements of the order.
3D measurement and inspectionWelding takes place within the scope of valid certificates. We use MAG, TIG and MMA methods and in-house stud welding — details of the welding process can be found on the Welding page.
