Welding

Certified welding of structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium according to the customer's drawing documentation. We use MAG, TIG, MMA and in-house stud welding within the scope of valid certificates and qualified procedures. Welding and the production of welded assemblies are carried out at our own production facility in Pardubice–Rosice, Czech Republic, for domestic and international customers.

You can find the complete production of finished weldments, structures and assemblies on the Structures and weldments page.

Welding scope

What we weld

We weld according to drawing documentation or a 3D model — steel structures, frames, weldments and technological assemblies, stainless steel and aluminium parts and assemblies. We select the method according to the material and the weld requirements; for each specific part we assess manufacturability and the suitable technology.

Welding methods

MAG · TIG · MMA · Stud welding

We select the method according to the material, thickness and weld requirements. For each specific part we assess manufacturability and the suitable technology.

Method 135 MAG

Stud welding

We carry out stud and pin welding with our own capacity according to the customer's drawing documentation.

Certified scope of welded production

The welding scope is based on valid certificates and qualified procedures. We weld according to approved welding procedure specifications (WPS), the qualification of which is documented by the corresponding welding procedure qualification records (WPQR).

Inspection and documentation

Weld inspection and documentation

We inspect welds with our own visual inspection. Depending on the order requirements, we also arrange penetrant, magnetic-particle or ultrasonic testing through cooperation partners. Welding and measurement documentation is prepared on request according to the scope and requirements of the order.

Scope of inspection
  • ·Visual weld inspection — in-house capacity
  • ·Penetrant, magnetic-particle and ultrasonic testing — through cooperation
  • ·Welding and measurement documentation on request
Integrated production

Part of complete production

Welding is part of our complete production of weldments, steel structures and technological assemblies. You can find the whole production flow — cutting, forming, welding, machining, inspection and assembly — on the Structures and weldments page.
