What data we process
We process only the data you provide to us as part of an enquiry and business communication, or that arises during the fulfilment of an order:
- first and last name, company name;
- e-mail and phone number;
- the content of the enquiry and its technical specification;
- drawing documentation, models and other attachments;
- data from subsequent business and contractual communication.
Why we process data
We process data solely for purposes related to your enquiry and cooperation:
- handling the enquiry and preparing a quotation;
- communication with the customer and performance of the contract;
- accounting, tax and other statutory obligations;
- protection of legitimate interests and legal claims.
Who the data may be shared with
We do not share personal data further than necessary to handle the order and fulfil legal obligations. Recipients may be:
- the provider of hosting and website IT administration;
- external accounting;
- vetted cooperating suppliers, where necessary for a specific order.
With processors who handle data on our behalf, we have concluded appropriate data processing agreements.
Cookies
The website does not use analytical or marketing cookies. It may only use essential technical elements and server logs necessary for the website's secure operation. For this reason, we do not display a cookie banner.
To evaluate the website's performance in search results, the Google Search Console service may be used, which serves to manage and monitor the website in Google search. It works with aggregated data on impressions and clicks from search and does not store tracking cookies in your browser or track individual visitors.
