We bend and roll sheet metal, profiles and tubes to the customer's drawing documentation. Our main operations are bending on hydraulic press brakes and rolling on plate rolls. Metal forming is carried out at our own production facility in Pardubice–Rosice, Czech Republic, for domestic and international customers.
For each specific part we assess the blank dimensions, the material and the required angle or diameter.
By bending on the press brake we make covers, brackets and bent frames. By rolling we make shells and cones. We also bend and roll profiles and tubes. We form individual parts and structural blanks for downstream production — always according to the supplied drawing documentation or STEP model, from a single piece to a small batch.
We bend sheet metal parts and profiles on hydraulic press brakes, one of which is CNC-controlled. For each part we assess the blank dimensions, the material and the required angle.
We roll sheet metal on plate rolls and a hydraulic plate rolling machine. The specific rolling option depends on the material, the blank width and the required diameter.
We routinely bend and roll structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We verify the suitability of a specific blank against the drawing documentation.
The highest press force of 320 t is on the SYNCHROMASTER, the longest working length of 4 000 mm on the CTO 250-A — these are two different machines. The parameters listed represent the basic capabilities of our equipment.

Hydraulic press brake for bending longer sheet metal parts and structural blanks.
Additional equipment for rolling sheet metal, tubes and profiles.
Forming follows on from cutting, which prepares the blanks, and precedes welding and the assembly of structures and weldments. Material preparation, cutting, forming, welding and assembly are integrated within our own production facility.
We check dimensions and angles with standard workshop gauges, an angle gauge or inspection templates. For suitable orders, large-scale 3D measurement with the KEYENCE WM-6000 can also be used; a measurement report is prepared on request.

One-off and small-batch production to drawing documentation.
Send a drawing or a STEP model — we will assess the blank dimensions and the material and propose a suitable machine and production process. To speed up quoting, state the material, quantity and required deadline.
