Sheet metal shearing, profile cutting and blank preparation according to the customer's drawing documentation. Metal cutting is carried out at our own production facility in Pardubice–Rosice, Czech Republic, for customers at home and abroad.
We handle the order from the review of the drawing documentation and the selection of a suitable technology, through material preparation and the cutting itself, to dimensional inspection and handover of the blank for subsequent production.
For sheet metal cutting, we use CNC hydraulic guillotine shears, hydraulic shears and guillotine shears with a working length of up to 3,150 mm and a maximum cutting thickness of up to 16 mm. Profiles and other blanks are cut on band saws. For selected supplementary operations we use a manual plasma cutter.
For a specific part we assess the material, the blank dimensions, the required cutting method and the link to further production operations.

Sheet metal laser and tube/profile cutting laser
In autumn 2026, we plan to install two separate laser cutting machines: a 6 kW sheet metal laser for cutting sheet metal and a 3 kW tube/profile cutting laser for cutting profiles and tubes. The machines are not yet in operation and are not included in our currently available production capabilities.
